Mr. Ishver K. Modi graduated in Civil Engineering from Poona Engineering College, University of Bombay. He has more than 45 years of administrative and field experience having worked in various capacities in Roads and Building Department with Government of Gujarat.
Mr. Modi was associated with the Design Circle of Gujarat Government for more than fifteen years and was responsible for Design of Multi Storied buildings, long span R.C.C. and Pre-stressed Bridges. Mr. Modi in later years with Government of Gujarat, was Chief Engineer for a number of years and retired as Secretary of the Department in 1984. During this active period, he worked on a number of Boards including Tourism, G.S.C.C., Gujarat Housing Board, Water Pollution Board etc., besides being associated with Indian Roads Congress for a long time.
As Chief Engineer, he had handled constructions of major Road and Bridges, and was responsible for construction of a new township and Capital of Gujarat with its Road System, Water supply, Drainage, Electrical, Shopping and Administrative Complex etc. He also worked as Chief Engineer for nearly three years for Water Supply and Drainage Projects of Gujarat .
Hemant Modi - CEO & Managing Director
Mr. Hemant Modi has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, U.S.A. and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda. Mr. Modi is responsible for successful execution of all projects undertaken by JMC.
Mr. Modi has extensive experience in the design and construction management of various Civil Engineering projects. He has worked with many private and government agencies on small and large projects both in India and in the United States. Mr. Modi is personally involved in the projects to ensure highest quality service to the clients.
Suhas Joshi – Jt. Managing Director
Mr. Suhas Joshi has over 24 years of experience in the field of construction Industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from M.S. University, Baroda Mr. Joshi is fully responsible for Plant & Machinery, Procurement & Logistics for all the projects and Infrastructure Projects undertaken by the company.
He has extensive experience in co-ordinating the construction activities of the project which include planning and scheduling, site management, procurement of material and manpower, and in general solving all the problems during construction so that the projects are completed successfully on time and with desired quality.
